Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are always eligible for return.
- Final sale or discounted products may not be eligible.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- International returns may need to be sent to our supplier. Contact us for the correct return address before sending any item.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returned items that are not defective.
- No restocking fee will be charged for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
