Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are always eligible for return.
  • Final sale or discounted products may not be eligible.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • International returns may need to be sent to our supplier. Contact us for the correct return address before sending any item.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returned items that are not defective.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
